We are looking for a Compensation Analyst based in our San Francisco office who will use your analytical and quantitative skills to assess, create, improve and maintain Twitter’s global Total Rewards infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
Design and build compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation program decisions and forecast, report, and/or analyze compensation business outcomes
Conduct analysis related to cost and trends and provide analytical data management support for measurement and tracking of key compensation HR-related metrics.
Produce ad hoc analyses based on business requests
Strong auditing and quality control practices for compensation programs such as Twitter’s bonus and equity plans
Work with compensation consultants, HRBPs, finance, accounting, Equity, HRIS, and other groups for reporting and data needs
Develop compensation communication materials and trainings

Experience working in a high growth, dynamic business environment; tech industry experience highly desired
Strong problem-solving, critical/analytical thinking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in compensation, finance or consulting with an in depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
BA/BS in Finance, Human Resources, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience
Knowledgeable of US regulatory pay requirements, global knowledge is a plus
Expert-level Excel skills, experience in Google Docs is a plus
Experience in Workday and Echosign is a plus
