Job Skills \/ Requirements The HR Business Partner supports the COO in all aspects including, but not limited to: assists and guides employees and all levels of management with HR questions\/issues; helps to maintain updated HR policies and Employee Handbook; conducts new employee orientation; performs projects assigned by the HR Director. Adheres to all federal and state employment regulations. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of two years' HR experience -OR- equivalent years\u2026 [more] of experience as a Human Resources Specialist\/Generalist\/Business Partner. This person must have strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and organizational skills; and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost sensitivity. Must work effectively with limited supervision. Must possess strong reasoning abilities and sound judgment. This job also requires the ability to work well under pressure, and to meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; and comfortable with learning new database systems. The HR Business Partner provides an always positive and professional representation of the organization. Maintains competency and knowledge of current standards of practice, trends, and developments in related scope of job role or practice. Adheres to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and Joint Commission standards and\/or standards from other accrediting bodies. Responsible for recruiting applicants to Spring Creek Nursing Facility. Prepares salary quotes for all new hires. Promotes positive employee relations, conflict resolution and maintains customer satisfaction. Prepares turnover report for Administration. Reviews applications, assist managers with interviews, makes job offers, conducts new hire orientation, performs data entry, posts open positions. Other duties as assigned.
