Our client is looking for Contract Recruiters for the\rTalent Acquisition team. The focus will be on hiring technical\rtalent for the creative team. The candidate must be able to successfully\rmanage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience\rsetting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize. They thrive in\ran innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard,\rhave fun, and get the job done.\rThe best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of\rTalent Acquisition and have a sharp business acumen, forging dynamic\rrelationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.\rThey have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation,\rclient/account management, are highly organized, effective communicators,\rpossess the ability to prioritize, push back, and demonstrate a strong sense of\rurgency, all while being highly customer focused and collaborative.\r \rResponsibilities:\r\r \r Partner with the engineering teams and recruiters in defining\r and maintaining critical positions within the organization\r \r \r Understand technical requirements of a role, the engineering\r challenge, and how it fits into the organization\r \r \r Execute on tactical outreach, referral generation, and\r pipelining efforts as well as attend any local networking events as required\r \r \r Craft custom outreach and meaningful candidate engagement\r \r \r Recommend and drive improvements with recruiters and\r interviewing teams to effectively screen and assess talent\r \r \r Work with coordinators and recruiters to ensure a remarkable\r candidate experience\r \r \r Research and gather market intelligence. Understand and execute\r against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities\r \r\r\r Track candidate activity\r and share with internal stakeholders \r
Qualifications:\r\r \r Minimum 7 years of games / and or creative technical recruiting\r experience\r \r \r Experience using online sourcing techniques\r \r \r Experience with applicant tracking system(s)\r \r \r Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement\r \r \r Ability to proactively network and establish effective working\r relationships must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting,\r continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to\r delivering candidates to the customer\r \r \r Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation\r skills\r \r \r Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer\r promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and\r interview process management\r \r \r Must have detailed follow-up skills\r \r \r Self-sufficient with demonstrated skills in full life cycle\r recruiting\r \r \r Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a\r team environment, as a team leader and member\r \r \r Possess\r strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right\r workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team\r \r\r\rFor immediate consideration please email resume to: email@example.com
