As our Talent Acquisition Intern
, you’ll have the unique opportunity to help build on our recruitment marketing and employment branding efforts. You’ll learn how Talent Acquisition helps us attract and hire the best and brightest employees, as well as how it fits into an overall successful business strategy.
This is a full-time paid position starting in May/June, expected to last about 12 weeks (flexible around school schedule), and is based out of our beautiful headquarters in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle
Represent the PEMCO brand and be able to speak confidently about PEMCO’s company culture and values, as well as PEMCO’s products and services
Work closely with the Social Media Marketing Intern to establish meaningful connections with other businesses in Seattle and Portland
Collaborate with the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team to effectively advocate for PEMCO both internally and externally
Assist in our new employer branding and recruitment efforts to support the Talent Acquisition team
Content development for the PEMCO blog, press releases, internal communications, social media channels, etc.
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Attending a university/college in the Pacific Northwest (Juniors and Seniors preferred)
Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
Ability to work autonomously and in remote locations
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and clear driving record required
Excellent time management and organizational skills
A passion for the Northwest community
Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
Ability to use desktop or laptop computers. May require a flexible schedule to include some evening and weekend hours, and overnight business travel. Driving in a company provided vehicle and travel between Seattle and Portland required.
