Our new team member, based in San Francisco, will partner with hiring managers, understand their business, evaluate talent needs and craft hiring strategies. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process and work with diverse groups throughout our multiple offices in the Americas. You will have the ability to build deep partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, prospective employees and vendors. Position Responsibilities: Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify diverse talent and build talent pipelines. Establish effective relationships, understand their business, identify staffing needs, create recruitment and souring strategies, and present ideas, solutions and tools for a successful search. Watch the recruitment process from initial requisition creation, obtaining proper approvals and guiding the applicants through to the final offer process. Review resumes, evaluate qualifications, and present applicants to hiring managers. Communicate updates on candidacy. Identify, source and recruit candidates through database and internet searches, employee referrals, and cold calling when necessary. Build a network of contacts and pipeline of talent for future opportunities. Ability to research and maneuver around LinkedIn and other social media sites. Identify and participate in networking activities such as career fairs, industry conferences, and open house events to form business partnerships and recruit talent. Post vacancies to applicable career sites, both internal and external, social media and industry specific career sites as requested; handle postings, renew and expire as needed. Craft and maintain job descriptions and templates in the recruiting shared folder. Effectively use the ATS to maintain organized, accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, job postings and other recruiting activities to ensure OFCCP compliance requirements. Build partnerships with external recruiting firms, respond to inquiries, maintain contact database, organize, execute and handle agency agreements and contracts; updating as need. Partner with external agencies when appropriate. Develop a thorough knowledge of Prologis\u2019 culture in order to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace the opportunity. Support and promote Company mission, programs and initiatives. Schedule travel for candidates, as needed. Email rejection letters\/make phone calls to candidates as requested. Track and process recruitment invoices (agencies, employment ads, career fairs, etc). Process Vendor Set-up form and verify reimbursement to all candidates, when needed. Manage recruitment process full-cycle to onboarding, assist with offer letters, process pre-employment screens, collection of all new hire paperwork. Maintain confidentiality regarding all HR-related issues. Other duties and special projects as required. Essential Skills & Experience: Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred, 1-3 years recruiting experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Applicant Tracking Systems, Job Boards, and internet recruiting. Build a strong talent pipeline through networking, maintain knowledge of principles and procedures for sourcing, talent selection, compensation and benefits. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Execute responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through. Dedicated Customer service mind-set and exceptional teammate mentality. Positive work ethic and forward thinking approach. Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written Ability to prioritize and run multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with efficiency and accuracy.
