Description: Providence is calling a , Talent Acquisition to Providence Health & Services in Renton, WA or Spokane, WA . We are seeking a Recruiter who excels at identifying qualified talent. This position serves as the primary point of contact for managers for the recruitment and selection of Providence\/Swedish employees. The recruiter will be responsible for consulting and implementing the sourcing and recruitment services that favorably impact our business objectives. This individual will deliver high quality service to both internal and external customers. In this position you will: Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Strategic Partners (HRSP) to build comprehensive recruitment plans, clarify required job skills and competencies, and use the best sourcing strategies and techniques for each job category. Effectively attract and locate the best candidates for each position utilizing all available tools and acquired knowledge. Proactively manage candidates and prioritize requisitions based on metrics and understanding of recruiting goals. Successfully negotiate with hiring managers to improve responsiveness and timeliness, and to ensure adherence of the selection process. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure job requisitions are complete, opened, activities\/candidates tracked and closed in the applicant tracking system. Review resumes against job requirements, conduct candidate phone screens\/assessments against qualifications and present to Hiring Managers. Source candidates using networking, social media, events, competitive intelligence\/research, sourcing tools and TA Programs such as employee referrals, diversity, military and professional outreach. Qualifications: Required qualifications for this position include: Minimum of 2 - 5 years\u2019 experience as a Recruiter. Ability to build comprehensive account management recruitment plans and sourcing strategy plans, clarify required job skills and competencies with Hiring Managers. Demonstrated experience reviewing resumes against job requirements, behavioral interviewing candidates against qualifications and presenting recommendations to Hiring Managers. Proven success having personally sourced candidates using networking, social media, events, competitive intelligence\/research, sourcing tools and other programs such as employee referrals, diversity, military and professional outreach. Experience consulting with Hiring Managers on compensation\/offers, market trends, sourcing challenges, behavioral interviewing, and recruiting process expectations, accountabilities and service level. Previous experience using Applicant Tracking. Preferred qualifications for this position include: Bachelor\u2019s degree. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered in addition to minimum years\u2019 experience. Participation in an HR professional organization e.g. PHR\/SPHR, AIRS Certified Recruiter, NW Recruiter Association, ERE, NAHCR Certified Recruiter). Experience recruiting in Healthcare.
