Description: In order to meet the needs of the US Navy, the client will need to hire the brightest minds available. With rapidly expanding hiring needs for top quality candidates, the client is in need of a Recruiting Coordinator to help manage the workload required during the hiring process. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be working directly with HR Support Staff, Staffing Representatives, Sourcers/Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates. Tasks assigned to Recruiting Coordinators include: Aiding Hiring Managers and Staffing Representatives in posting requisitions to better attract the right candidates for different positions Screening applicants to be forwarded to the Hiring Manager for review and ensuring that selections are in line with policies, procedures, and regulations Coordinating with interview teams and candidates to develop interview schedules Act as the client ambassador to candidates by providing them with all of the information they need to get them through the hiring process Review Hiring Manager selections to ensure that our practices are in line with OFCCP regulations, EEO guidelines, Company Policies and Procedures, State and Federal laws and employment guidelines This role will be a key and integral piece of the Staffing Organization and will have the opportunity to work with representatives across the entire business while communicating with new people and organizations daily. REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Four year BS/BA degree is required. Human Resources or Business Administration/Management are preferred. HR experience preferred.
