Job Description
The Plaza at Richardson is actively searching for a HR Assistant Business Office Manager (ABOM).  The HR ABOM has a broad range of duties, assisting Richardson's management team as needed. \r\r\rKey Responsibilities:\r\r\r Human Resources responsibilities including, but not limited to employee record management and applicant tracking\r Order Office Supplies / Maintain Office Machines (call appropriate vendors)\r Establishes and maintains accounts and account records for all payable for the facility\r Prepares, processes, and submits payroll data for facility through Kronos\r Establishes and maintains personnel files for all facility staff\r Participates and organizes new employee orientations\r

Job Requirements
\rMinimum of 2 years of Payroll and/or Human Resources experience required\rStrong organiztional skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks \r\r\rLong Term Care or Hospital experience preferred\rWorking knowledge of common office machines and is required\rEffective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary\r
