Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) reports to the Vice President Support Services.  The position serves as the single point of contact and the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all functions within operations recruiting.  The TABP will support recruiting teammates from a functional expertise perspective in high volume recruiting operations across in global BPO operations.  The TABP will create company guidelines and standard operating procedures for our recruiting teams and audit, track and report each site’s compliance.  The TABP will lead functional training and development efforts of talent acquisition staff.  The TABP will oversee the management of our recruiting vendor partners while identifying and executing cost-saving and efficiency strategies.  The TABP will also audit cost effectiveness for all recruiting offices, provide recommendations for improvement and will track, report on findings.  The TABP will also handle the recruitment of leadership and specialized roles for the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. organization, both in the US and abroad.
Functions
Build and manage relationships with internal leadership and site directors to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities, and to meet hiring demands to meet business objectives
Partner with operations leadership as recruiting subject matter expert supporting high volume recruiting to meet/exceed key recruiting performance metrics
Create, maintain, and ensure compliance with a talent acquisition process and procedure library
Implement site scorecards, track and report outcomes of talent acquisition activities
Provides guidance to software development team and project managers for talent acquisition system (TAS), and act as operational subject matter expert (SME) with regards to company TAS
Create and deliver functional training to talent acquisition staff regarding TAS
Prepare and deliver training to talent acquisition staff in cooperation with human development and legal department regarding federal, state, and local guidelines and regulation
Review and sign-off on site recruiting budgets in partnership with operations leadership
Track, report and analyze recruitment spending by site, group and geographical areas
Ensure job descriptions, screening and interviewing processes are aligned with Human Development to ensure the hiring of the most capable and competent employee
Identify best vendors to facilitate talent acquisition processes, and negotiate low cost solutions for advertising, sourcing, and other talent acquisition activities
Utilize and maximize social media platforms to improve candidate engagement and recruiting results
Maintain and update the recruiting and company website(s)
Develop and maintain an active candidate pool of talent through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating recruitment of positions 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations regarding interviewing, selection, pre-employment testing, tracking, reporting, record-keeping
Proven success with utilizing social media as recruiting tools
Skilled with professional document creation, maintenance, and publishing
Skilled with all Microsoft Office products (including WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of TAS systems and database software
Ability to prepare and deliver training to remote and live audiences
Knowledge of basic accounting budget, and flash processes
Skilled in preparing and communicating budgets and financial impact
Basic understanding of learning management systems
Highly skilled in coaching and developing employees to improve performance and outputs
Ability to communicate with and maintain relationships with vendors
Skilled in negotiating with external vendors
Knowledge of common talent acquisition strategies and outsourcing functions
Knowledge of sourcing and data mining techniques, including both active and passive candidate acquisition
Skilled in identifying and communicating role requirements and expectations
Ability to work quickly through entirety of recruiting and onboarding processes
Ability to work in a matrix organization with dotted-line accountability
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors in business management, business information systems, business administration, or related field
Minimum of 6 years in full-life cycle recruiting in either corporate or agency talent acquisition
Minimum of 4 years working with TAS systems such as Taleo, Success Factors, iCIMS, ADP, etc.
Minimum of 2 years working with external talent acquisition vendors such as Indeed, Glassdoor, CareerBuilder, etc.
3-5 years of high volume recruiting experience
