Aon is looking for an Executive Benefits Specialist - Executive Life Insurance and COLI We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Benefits Specialist in our Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX or Bloomington, MN office. This position will support Aon's Executive Benefits practice. The Executive Benefits practice has been designing Executive Life Insurance, Deferred Compensation and Supplemental Benefit plans since 1973. We continue our long tradition of providing creative plan designs, cutting-edge products and funding vehicles, and comprehensive administrative support as we have for more than 40 years. Your Impact as an Executive Benefits Specialist - Executive Life Insurance and COLI Our Executive Benefits Specialists provide plan administrative services for multilife executive life benefit plans and corporate owned life insurance (“COLI”). Interface with plan participants to communicate benefits and process plan and status changes. Compile data from various sources and provide reports to clients utilizing a client database and spreadsheets. Maintain plan documentation. Develop relationships with clients and colleagues. Key Job Responsibilities:Providing exemplary service to Aon clients and their employeesManaging open enrollments including email campaignsEnrolling new participants and issuing new policiesMaintaining plan documentationUsing software to calculate and prepare premium billsUsing databases and spreadsheets for plan reportingProviding accurate deliverables in a timely mannerCommunicating benefits to plan participants and providing participant level servicesAnswering participant questions on our 800 numberForecasting and reconciling revenueBuilding trusted relationships with clients and colleaguesIdentifying and implementing ideas for improvement on assigned casesAdhering to standard procedures to ensure accuracy and to control expensesSeeking training and self-development to exhibit an increasing knowledge of the industry You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:0 - 5 years of corporate experience (Open to recent graduates)Math AptitudeExperience working in MS Office (particularly Excel and Word)Ability to handle a variety of concurrent projects, servicing clients proactively, as well as reacting appropriately to changing prioritiesAbility to communicate effectively in person, in writing and on the phoneAttention to detailAnalytical and creative problem solving skillsAbility to organize tasks and data Preferred Experience:2 – 5 years of corporate experience in the Financial Services Industry (preferred, but not required)Life Insurance administration experience (preferred, but not required) Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field or equivalent years of industry experience.
