Under general supervision, provides support to Human Resources Development senior staff in interface with operational and functional leadership. Performs initial investigations regarding sourcing, development and evaluation of internal and external processes and products. Evaluates needs analysis, co-ordinates and/or develops interventions and assists in their implementation planning and coordination. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations. Skills typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in human resources management, organizational development, engineering or similar disciplines and 2-4 years experience in Human Resources, Engineering, or Business Development.
