We currently have an opening within our Talent Acquisition organization for a people focused Recruiting Leader who will partner closely with engineering leadership to build the best engineering team in the World. Being a part of Twitter talent acquisition means that you take conventional and flip it upside down, you are accountable for contributing towards building the best culture in the industry and that being great at something is the starting point of success.

Team Leadership. We take team leadership seriously and expect our leaders to effectively manage business relationships and team members. This includes understanding the strategic objectives of Twitter and your customers and creating solutions to improve our overall hiring results. Additionally, we believe a great leader is a great people leader first. This requires someone passionate about people development, setting objectives, understanding development goals and giving people opportunities to gain the experiences they need to grow within Twitter.

Strategic Planning. We need a proactive leader that understands how to put fundamental planning in place and knows how to translate business objectives into actionable items.

Change Agent. Someone who lives and embraces change and is constantly looking at ways to improve our organization as it relates to culture, key processes, technologies and constantly raises the bar with hiring.

Innovator. In partnership with the Talent Experience team, this person would collaborate with the team to share thoughts and ideas, express team needs and drive innovative practices through their organization.

Focus on Diversity hiring. Be a champion of diversity by not only delivering a diverse slate of candidates for the business but contributing towards a culture that understands the impact of diverse thinking on the effectiveness of the organization.

10 years of recruiting experience demonstrating stability and progressive growth within an organization.

A track record of effective people management expertise with a focus on development and team growth.

Strong understanding of technical recruiting practices and strong knowledge of engineering team roles and structures.
