The Health Solutions Specialist will serve as an integrated part of the client team on all aspects of day-to-day client delivery. This includes:Proactively build knowledge base for health and welfare benefitsDevelop understanding of basic business and financial conceptsCollaborate with others to get input on identifying and resolving issuesCollect, analyze, and prepare information to facilitate requirements of client requests Additionally, you will participate in Aon’s Early Career Development Program which provides critical training, exposure to Aon solutions beyond Health, and networking with your peers across the country. How this opportunity is different These roles fall under Aon’s Early Career Development program, known as Launch. Building on the development colleagues receive in the role they are hired into; the Launch program is a supplemental development program for recent college recruits to mentor and develop future leaders of the firm. This 10-month development program begins every summer and includes in-person sessions, networking opportunities, self-study and global leader calls.   What makes Aon different are the people and the culture. Aon has the tools plus depth and breadth of experience to drive great outcomes for our clients, while providing the optimal environment for the career and personal growth of our colleagues. Skills and experience that will lead to success Application of basic organizational and project management conceptsAbility to handle multiple projects at one timeStrong analytical skills and financial acumenProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Strong communication skillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Public Health, Communication or a related degree preferred, but open to other majors.  Applicants for this role, which is part of the Launch program, should graduate between December 2022 – June 2023 and have a GPA of 3.0 or above.   Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for U.S. office locations.
