This position assures that grading is both internally equitable and externally competitive. Applies knowledge of base compensation practices; including job classification process, survey analysis, Federal \u0026amp; State wage and hour laws.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eAssists management in developing job descriptions that clearly identify the major responsibility.\u0026nbsp; Works collaboratively with managers and HR Business Partners to achieve job titling consistent SCAN\u0026rsquo;s classifications.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDetermines grade levels through benchmarking.\u0026nbsp; Assures both internal equity and external competitiveness by performing data analysis and interpreting results.\u0026nbsp; Assigns and updates UltiPro with new or revised job code, job grade, FLSA Exemption Status and Worker\u0026rsquo;s Compensation code.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssists annually in updating salary grade structure and preparing for annual merit increases including merit matrix and updating compensation module.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssists in implementation of UltiPro\u0026rsquo;s compensation module.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eParticipates in Surveys as requested.\u003c/li\u003e
