Since 2009, Humana's Your Home Advantage (YHA) has been dedicated to improving Medicare members' well-being by linking the doctor's office and the member's home. We schedule and complete In-Home Health and Well-being Assessments for Humana members.

The Clinical Talent Acquisition Representative recruits and interviews prospective Advanced Practice Practitioners for contingent labor. This includes Nurse Practitioners, Physicians and Physician Assistants.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Talent Acquisition Representative refers applicants to particular position openings, administers pre-employment tests, assists with employment advertising and other related duties. Decisions are regarding the daily priorities for an administrative work group and/or external vendors including coordinating work activities and monitoring progress towards schedules/goals, and often oversees work of others and/or is the primary administrative owner of a main process, program, product or technology. Works within broad guidelines with little oversight.

Required Qualifications


High School Diploma
2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
Experience positing positions, sourcing and interviewing candidates
Intermediate to advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM CST or EST; overtime required during peak season.
Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office to ensure you and your patients have absolute and continuous privacy while you work
Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and recommended speed for optimal performance from Humana systems is 10M x 1M
Associates working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy (see details below under Additional Information) and upon offer will be subjected to nicotine testing as part of a 10-panel drug test


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree
Experience posting jobs and sourcing on Indeed.com and LinkedIn
Clinical recruitment experience and/or recruiting for Physicians, NPs or PAs preferred
Basic understanding of credentialing components
Rosalind and/or Salesforce experience
