Talent Acquisition Specialist
Founded and led by billion-dollar investment and operations company Founder and Executive Chairman, Peter Rex, ResProp (part of the Rex family of companies) is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. ResProp’s aim is to provide the premier property management service to investors and owners of residential real estate.
The TA Specialist will be responsible for relentlessly sourcing and recruiting top talent for a growing third party property management company. You will have a crucial role in building the company by driving strategies to recruit all levels of positions in highly competitive markets across all of our businesses including private equity, property management, construction, technology, and new business incubation. You thrive in a non-conventional, high-intensity, high-optionality, high-reward environment. You understand that our people are our biggest investment and will not settle for less than A players. role. You are on fire about our Mission & Ethos and will find candidates who are as well. You know the ins and outs of the entire recruiting ecosystem from third party recruiters to platforms such as LinkedIn. You know how to leverage these platforms and companies to find the best people for our team.

In year one you will be:
Implementing new ways to build awareness for our company in the property management space
Executing sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process with speed in highly competitive markets
Making hires by providing a standout candidate experience with thorough communication, timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
Execute sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process
Working closely with the media team, assessing and optimizing the most effective recruiting channels by market and job segment
Manage best in class brand appearance across job boards, social media and Rex job postings
Track metrics, using data to inform recruiting campaigns and effectiveness of internal recruiting process
The ideal candidate has:
Bachelor's degree
5-7 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter
Ability to pivot on strategy quickly
Proven success delivering recruiting results individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
Passion for the Mission/Ethos of ResProp with the ability to recruit zealous candidates who are just as passionate
Experience recruiting at a top tier company in a corporate environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
