The ideal candidate will have strong employment litigation experience in federal and state court, including with class action matters. Advice and counseling experience concerning employment law issues is a plus. This is a great opportunity for a confident, self-motivated person with a demonstrated ability to handle matters independently to build an employment practice in a collegial environment.
