Are you up for the challenge?Position DescriptionActively manage all life cycle processes for in-bound US immigration. Manage and oversee key relationships with outside counsel and other immigration vendors. Ensure program compliance with corporate and government requirements.Oversee and manage immigration outside counsel, process flows, document tasks and government filings. Function as key point of contact for all inbound immigration matters. Manage immigration budget. Ownership of immigration billing process including approval of invoices and payment to outside vendors.Oversee all immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters, including but not limited to: H-1B, L-1, TN, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, PERM, I-140, I-485, EAD’s etc in partnership with outside counsel. Partner with outside counsel to in the preparation of non-immigrant employment based petitions as required. Provide guidance to the Talent and Acquisition Center (TAC) and recommend appropriate visa classifications for potential candidates or travelers.Manage short term/global business travel for visitors and current employees. Support international student internships and training plans (J-1) Prepare some petitions in-house and file various petitions with the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services for new and existing employees Manage visa expiration dates for all foreign nationals and file cases in a timely mannerManage and monitor all in-house postings in support of PERM applications (Posting Notice, Internal Posting, Website posting, etc.) Maintain immigration tracking and forms software system (Global INS Zoom)Prepare yearly forecast for all immigration expensesMaintain knowledge of changes in immigration policies/regulations and communicate to stakeholdersEducation and Skills Requirements A Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, human resources, legal, social science, or life science fields.A minimum of 3 years of immigration employment and legal process management experience.Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills. You should possess exceptional oral and written communication skills and conflict resolution experience.Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment, but in partnership with team members collaboratively.Excellent operational deployment skills and the capacity to identify and escalate issues to management if necessary.Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite.Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer M/F/Disability/Veteran,
