Field Human Resources Coordinator
The Field HR Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing general assistance to the HR team and support to field leaders in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, training and field operations.
Support the Field HR Manager in all areas to ensure compliance and consistencies in HR practices for North America
Coordination and maintenance of HR and government regulated programs including but not limited to employee referral program, government regulated postings, termination notices, and check requests
Support the Employee Relations Hotline and respond to associate concerns as appropriate
Assist field leaders, as needed, in preparing corrective action documents and action plans and/or associate conversations
Ensures consistency with practice and administration of policies and procedures.
Support supervisor and field leaders in the recruiting process for the field, including preparing/ sending out field new hire packets, travel arrangements, and vehicle background checks
Assist supervisor and legal counsel with preparation of government agency matters
Monitor and update field RTC/SMT program and RSM/DSM training programs
Point of Contact for the Red Cross, First Aid & BBP Field Ear Piercing Programs
Respond to emails and GPR’s sent by Store operations for field team candidates
Assist in revising field training materials as needed
Support reception duties including but not limited to operating switchboard and guest check-in/check-out
Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1 - 2 years Human Resource experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong communication and organization skills
