Job Summary:

The High Volume Recruiter is instrumental in recruiting efforts for Field Operations positions. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening and qualifying exceptional candidates. This individual is responsible for providing a superior candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process and should leverage the latest recruitment technology, as well as proactive sourcing techniques for hourly roles. The role requires a recruiting professional who is able to demonstrate unparalleled integrity and high energy while working under minimal supervision to fill a variety of remote based roles across the US to include service technicians and installers.  Highly prefer experience in recruiting for these types of roles.   
 
Key Job Responsibilities:

Build upon and develop recruitment process and strategy with hourly workforce as a priority

Develop and execute hourly level searches via direct and indirect outreach efforts. Lead and conduct searches at all levels for positions such as drivers, installers, and technicians

Work closely with CSC leaders and hiring managers in developing an understanding of their current and future hiring needs

Generate hard to find leads and potential candidates through recruiting and networking/cold calling

Identify sources and channels to surface qualified candidates for active requisitions. Track intel and research (name generation) for future needs

Develop and maintain extensive and effective network of professional associations within the industry to ensure a continuous flow of candidates. Leverage all resources, including professional networking tools, and apply advanced internet mining techniques to source candidate

Report market intelligence and trends, both national and international, as appropriate

 
Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree; and 5-7 years related experience with hourly recruiting in the service industry and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Self-motivated and results-driven with ability to communicate and influence effectively with peer group, clients, as well as candidates

Superior sense of urgency with the demonstrated ability to deliver results

Displays a high level of energy, creativity, and independent thinking

Provide consistent and specific measurable results. Fosters a culture of accountability.

Works efficiently using resources and processes to ensure productivity

Understands and follows HR guidelines and principles as they pertain to recruiting and hiring

Ability to support multi-site and geographically dispersed facilities

Proficiency in candidate development techniques and ability to source creatively

Superior sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to deliver results

Superior communication skills: in both written documents and presentations

Physical Requirements:

Travel up to 20% of time
