Facebook is hiring some of the best technical minds around and we need the best recruiting minds to match our business needs. As a Global DEI Manager, you would be responsible for developing, driving and executing on the inclusive staffing programs/strategies globally in support of technical hiring as well as overseeing DEI operations and project management. You will lead a distributed team of DEI managers, managers and professionals who span across multiple locations. Qualified individuals will have proven experience managing large teams, as well as influencing large recruiting organizations through global strategies and scaling challenges. This person will be expected to work closely with a cross functional group of leaders (recruiting, engineering and product, and other internal cross functional partnerships) to drive world class recruiting practices and strategy.

Required Skills:

Operate as a strategic partner with the leadership across Facebook Tech

establishing comprehensive, measurable recruiting strategies and programs tied to overall company inclusive hiring goals.

Lead DEI Managers in defining, designing and implementing recruiting programs for a variety of roles across all technical recruiting disciplines including understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply.

Drive and amplify diversity strategies and methodologies

deliver industry pipeline performance scorecards, identify and implement successful diversity recruiting channels as well as annual planning and overall inclusive programs management.

Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the immediate and global team. Maintain career development plans for leaders in the organization to support deliberate growth and leadership development.

Driving accountability through proactively managing to milestones and metrics.

Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring productivity needed to meet FB business objectives.

Serve as a change agent leading the organization forward as opportunities for innovation develop.

Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies.

Lead by example through following, setting or sharing recruiting best practices.

Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

12 years of recruiting experience

5 years experience managing a team of recruiters/sourcers/project or program managers and people managers

Experience managing large scale teams

Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical recruiting experience

Experience managing leaders, program managers and project managers

Change management and/or project management experience

DEI experience i.e. board affiliations, ERG partnership experience, etc
