Come help us as we continue to always get better!u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eHere are some responsibilities you will get to take on:u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eDefine, create and implement development curriculum of critical business and leadership skills as a member of the Talent Development team.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eSeek understanding of future changes in the accounting industry and the organizationu0026rsquo;s business challenges to create/deliver effective and sustainable development curriculumu003c/liu003enu003cliu003ePartner with talent development team and client leaders to forecast and analyze critical business skill requirements to deliver expected business outcomes; recommending use of internal or external resourcesu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eCreate learning systems and deliver sustainable solutions that includes the best of current and emerging design thinking, both classroom and beyond classroom innovations, bite sized learning and on u0026ndash;demand learning that engages the modern learner and results in real performance outcomes.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eBe the custodian of our development program materials and intellectual capital; create content, developing new facilitator and participant materials, update and tailor content for specific client groups, and enable our leaders to deliver our programs successfully as appropriate.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eUse evaluation data to assess development needs, evaluate and measure effectiveness, impact and improve learning systems. Seek opportunities to enhance effectiveness with a continual high degree of curiosity and creativityu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eServe as consultant, coach and advisor to employees regarding their career developmentu003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eHere are the key role requirements:u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eSolid experience in both classroom and beyond-classroom innovative learning methods that deliver real performance outcomes.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eStrong working knowledge of adult learning theory, facilitation and instructional designu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDemonstrated experience in assessing development needs, evaluating learning and development resources, and making recommendations.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eProven track record of translating business needs into practical organizational learning solutionsu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eProven ability to develop, manage, and lead integrated training and development solutions from inception to post- delivery assessmentu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eStrong interpersonal and facilitation/presentation skills with proven ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organizationu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eHighly innovative and creative in approach to developing learning systemsu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eAbility to effectively collaborate across all functions and levels of the organizationu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eAbility to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing prioritiesu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eBacheloru0026rsquo;s degree in training and development, human resources, education or related field; business preferred.
