\u003cli\u003eDefine, create and implement development curriculum of critical business and leadership skills as a member of the Talent Development team.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSeek understanding of future changes in the accounting industry and the organization\u0026rsquo;s business challenges to create/deliver effective and sustainable development curriculum\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePartner with talent development team and client leaders to forecast and analyze critical business skill requirements to deliver expected business outcomes; recommending use of internal or external resources\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCreate learning systems and deliver sustainable solutions that includes the best of current and emerging design thinking, both classroom and beyond classroom innovations, bite sized learning and on \u0026ndash;demand learning that engages the modern learner and results in real performance outcomes.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBe the custodian of our development program materials and intellectual capital; create content, developing new facilitator and participant materials, update and tailor content for specific client groups, and enable our leaders to deliver our programs successfully as appropriate.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eUse evaluation data to assess development needs, evaluate and measure effectiveness, impact and improve learning systems. Seek opportunities to enhance effectiveness with a continual high degree of curiosity and creativity\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eSolid experience in both classroom and beyond-classroom innovative learning methods that deliver real performance outcomes.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong working knowledge of adult learning theory, facilitation and instructional design\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated experience in assessing development needs, evaluating learning and development resources, and making recommendations.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProven track record of translating business needs into practical organizational learning solutions\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProven ability to develop, manage, and lead integrated training and development solutions from inception to post- delivery assessment\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong interpersonal and facilitation/presentation skills with proven ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eHighly innovative and creative in approach to developing learning systems\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to effectively collaborate across all functions and levels of the organization\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBachelor\u0026rsquo;s degree in training and development, human resources, education or related field; business preferred. MBA preferred.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMinimum eight years of business consulting or professional services experience\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMinimum eight years learning and development experience\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eInstructional design experience required\u003c/li\u003e
