Responsibilities Meritage Homes is looking for a Compensation and HR Analytics Manager to design and implement compensation programs to meet business objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.This person will provide analytical expertise and business support to ensure company compensation programs are externally competitive and internally equitable.Administers company compensation programs, practices and procedures.Design, implement and provides analytical expertise to compensation and HR operations data analytics.nThe Compensation and HR Analytics Manager will: Design, implement, and provide support in the analysis, development, design, administration and communication of company compensation programs including fixed and variable pay programs.nLiaise with managers to develop and implement divisional or departmental compensation solutions appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization's overall reward strategy.Provide advice to leadership on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation, including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs.nMaintain compensation level structures, conduct market pricing, and perform job evaluations including job classification for all non-executive jobs.u00a0nManage salary administration programs, reviewing changes in wages and salaries for conformance to policy.Audits evaluation of positions and application of existing classifications to individuals.nManages the companyu2019s relocation, auto allowance and severance programs.nProvide support to HR Business Partners and Business Managers in preparing job descriptions, evaluating jobs, or in reviewing salaries for internal employees and external candidates.nProvide support with training to HR colleagues and managers concerning interpretation of compensation practices, policies and guidelines.nPrepares, analyzes, and reviews regular HR metrics.Provide analytics expertise with development of Total Rewards metrics as well as other functional areas within HR.u00a0nKeeps apprised of federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
