Coordinator, HR Systems Security Administration and Testing','INF0108P','755 Crossover Lane','','Memphis','38117','!*!Our Global HR team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members.What will I be doing?As the Coordinator, HR Systems Security Administration and Testing, you will ensure proper assignment of security roles in our Oracle HCM platform. Further, you will make sure that assignments properly align with each user’s job responsibilities. Many roles will be auto-provisioned, but those that are not will require your assistance in assigning. You will also maintain department and organization trees as part of supporting Oracle HCM.More specifically, you will:Liaise with the Hilton Security team who builds security roles to ensure the understanding of what access each of the roles provide Audit the assigned Oracle HCM security roles to ensure that if a team member moves into a different role, but is still in an active employee, that their security access is revoked Test the security implemented within development environments to ensure that the roles provide the access intended Run mass load processes when there are more than 20 roles allocated to any one person Manage the security tickets opened by Hilton’s Human Resources Hotline team (HRX) to ensure that requests are timely managed Keep up with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) security compliance tasks as indicated by vendors and Hilton’s IT security team Perform special projects as designated by manager ','!*!What are we looking for?We are seeking self-starters who are passionate about growing in a dynamic industry and who love to combine their analytical skills with business insight. This knowledge will be important to understand access roles Interpersonal communicators with an aptitude for positively influencing Hilton’s partners and communicate effectively at all levels Accountable individuals with a commitment to communicating results and recommending improvements To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:High School Diploma or GED Three (3) years of HR Systems security or similar IT security experience It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree Six (6) years of HR Systems security or similar IT security experience Working knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud (or other cloud-based HCM systems) and the security that governs access What will it be like to work for Hilton?
