Cylance is seeking a Sr. Corporate
to support the Sales and Marketing business units to meet the demands of our continued growth. You will leverage you network and develop creative sourcing/recruiting strategies to identify and recruit top talent to help fuel the growth of our sales and marketing teams for various positions across these organizations.
In this key role you will be responsible for developing sourcing initiatives and recruiting strategy to drive full life-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions which could be in an metropolitan area in the U.S.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Source, recruit and hire top talent for a variety of positions including sales, marketing, customer success, and other related positions.
Partner and develop strong relationships with various hiring managers across the organizations to develop effective recruiting strategies and execute hiring plans.
Manage a positive recruiting experience internally and externally (working with internal partners and candidates).
Leverage your networks internally and externally to drive referrals and leads for current and future opportunities at Cylance.
Maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring candidate records and activity are current, and provide weekly reports.
Assist in other recruiting or HR initiatives as needed.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
BA/BS in Human Resources, business or related fields
A minimum of 5 plus years in-house recruiting experience in a fast paced, dynamic high tech environment. Agency experience in addition, is a plus.
Demonstrated ability and successful track record of filling a broad range of positions in a timely manner.
Proven track record of developing creative and targeted sourcing strategies to attract talent from competitive industries.
Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexible in a dynamically changing environment.
Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
Strong interviewing skills, both in person and over the phone -- the ability to identify and screen and sell the Cylance opportunities to top talent
High business acumen with the ability to articulate the company and job openings clearly to candidates
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Prior experience working with ATS systems (Jobvite, Workday, etc.) and other recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, etc.)
ABOVE AND BEYOND
Experience recruiting within high-growth, start-up environments - coming from a software, internet, or Cyber security company highly desired.
