GoDaddy is looking for a Senior Workday Consultant to join our dynamic, growing team as we build world class Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll platforms. You will help us integrate, streamline, optimize and align our processes as we expand our global presence and grow our employee base. You will be a key player in creating an amazing digital experience for our employees.

Create, maintain and deactivate data elements and configurations in Workday.

Utilize knowledge of HR and Payroll business practices, processes, and systems including Workday HCM Core, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation and Performance in order to collaborate with IT, HR and Payroll Partners for the identification and resolution of issues, evaluation of potential system enhancements, upgrades, and/or system conversions.

Develop, operate and maintain HRIS systems, including Workday

Monitor HCM business process for Workday for modules of recruiting, onboarding, absence, time and attendance, benefits, compensation, payroll, talent and core HCM ESS/MSS functionality in partnership with functional experts.

Support and/or drive Workday feature specific implementations and utilize experience with technical offerings (EIB/Core Connectors/Integrations) where appropriate.

Perform functional centralized transactions, such as business process management, M & A activities, org management, and EIB/integration management.

Analyze and review XML and XSL for troubleshooting

Serve as technical point of contact ensuring data integrity, maintenance, system modifications, report writing, document maintenance, system audits, troubleshooting tenant configurations and integrations and make recommendations for process changes.

Partner with HR teams and Payroll and collaborate on business requirements to achieve efficient business operations and an optimal end user experience

Review business procedures/workflow to ensure system features are being fully utilized and identify Workday features that may improve efficiency.

Perform report writing function and prepare regularly scheduled reports and ad-hoc reporting.

Perform analysis into root cause of problems and resolve as appropriate.

Act as point person for upgrades/releases, fixes, testing and other technical projects as assigned including partnering on training content and delivery.

Analyze and interpret reports and spreadsheets to build data files that require data manipulation and validation for mass data loads via EIB.

Identify patterns and anomalies in data in order to spot potential data integrity issues.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus 3 years HRIS systems analyst experience.

Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following: (1) XML and XSL parser; (2) HR and Payroll business practices and processes; (3) Workday implementation and technical offerings (EIB/Core Connectors/Integrations); and (4) HR systems: HCM Core, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation and Performance.
