AIR is excited to add to our Human Capital team with an experienced HR Business Partner. This position will be based in our Georgetown office.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will provide both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to employees and managers. Using your human resources experience and knowledge of our business, you\u2019ll help guide clients through all people-related matters as they navigate challenges and seek opportunities. From educating clients on compensation practices, performance management, career development to advising on various employee relations issues. You\u2019ll help your clients be better leaders by supporting them in providing feedback and managing performance. Additionally, you will help in driving functional excellence within the HR team.
QualificationsYou\u2019ll need to have: \u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree \u2022 Six to nine years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least four years in a Business Partner role \u2022 Experience, exposure, and comfort with a variety of HR facets including talent management and development, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation \u2022 Significant experience providing consultation in employee-related areas such as complex performance management, compliance, investigations, conflict resolution and sensitive exits \u2022 Ability to function with minimum supervision and work autonomously \u2022 Ability to forge great relationships both within and outside the HR team, and interact at all organizational levels Even better if you have: \u2022 Project management experience \u2022 Commitment to continuous learning as illustrated by certifications such as a PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP \u2022 Data analysis skills to collect, interpret, and draw insights to support and make recommendations \u2022 Passion for innovative solutions to address complex business issues *LI-AS1 #CB
