The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for performing general administration and support of the Human Resources Department, such as new hire paperwork and onboarding, maintaining employee files and HRIS system, recruitment coordination, and assisting with any needs with payroll and benefits.
Create and maintain a culture of service excellence by answering general HR questions and requests from internal and external associates and escalate as necessary.
Strengthen data integrity through efficiently and accurately updating and maintaining employee files in the HRIS.
Drive operational excellence by organizing, creating, and maintaining new and existing employee files.
Positively impact the internship program by successfully managing intern requests and developing positive relationships with university partners.
Drive compliance by maintaining all required labor law posters, handbook policies, and government forms as required.
Ensure organizational success by accurately and efficiently running worldwide payroll for all functions as required.
Manage the benefits administration process, including annual open enrollment process and serving as key contact for all benefits-related questions; including international benefits.
Serve as administrator for time and attendance and benefit systems.
Assist with 401k and Pension plan administration.
Maintain reports and materials for executive meetings.
Effectively communicates using written, oral, non-verbal, and active listening skills. Has the ability to clearly present an idea or concept so others understand, lets others speak, and engages productively in difficult conversations while upholding our ethical values.
