Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will be a subject matter expert and leader for the California operation and apply a strong experience and knowledge in current human resource including employee relations, multiple facility growth and merger expertise, labor law and payroll process and administration. This individual should have both strategic growth & thinking with strong complex problem solving and solution attitude and definitely targeted & focus to manage growth and provide strong deliverables with organizational growth.

Manage and daily management of issues and resolving personal and team staff on all daily situational
Provide strong performance management, training, and organizational development and structure and oversee performance reviews and scheduling and performance improvements plans
Review, recommend and create an HR-
related policies, procedures, and goal objectives for the organization and up to senior management with a strong leader to implement changes.
Work closely with hiring managers and departments in new staff requisition requirements include specifics of the role and profile.
Provide co-partnership with an internal interviewer and foster a positive interviewing process and techniques to ensure the great pre-onboarding experience is met for each candidate interest in the organization.
Provide and create effective onboarding and off-boarding policies and practices. Ensuring consistent implementation across the organization and thorough follow through and on time communication.
Monitor and manage organization compliance with federal and state laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, MMLA, EEOC, ERISA, and others.
Ensure employee handbook is current and up-to-date that reflect current practices, laws, and regulations. Directing the preparation information requested for compliance for 5500 form filings, 401K audit, workers compensation, and annual reporting.
Act as the primary contact with labor counsel and outside government agencies.
Manage and development and implementation of training and learning development programs for all staff. Provide discovery and identify internal needs and oversee relationships with external resources to provide necessary education and materials to management and staff.
Develop, implement and manage staff recognition programs or future programs

Travel is on occasion is required.
8 years of minimum experience in an HR field and a large enterprise organization of 500 employees or greater and strong organization skills, leadership and problem solution solving.
Bachelor’s degree is required, and the Human Resource study is preferred but not required.
SPHR or PHR is preferred.
Strong HRIS experience is preferred.
Strong experience in rolling out or improving HR Programs with proven track career experience.
Experience in mergers & acquisitions, integration and change management is preferred.
Experience in a global and multi-site environment is preferred.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus (but not required).
