But it’s what we share that makes us unique. Description of Work:We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Analyst to help implement, manage, and administer all recruiting and onboarding systems for the organization. You will be responsible for driving technical projects to enable the organization’s ability to attract top talent. Your passion for the candidate experience and ability to analyze and interpret recruiting data drives you to make suggestions and recommendations to continually improve our recruiting processes. You have ideas around how to find, attract, and acquire talent in an increasingly competitive environment. This role sits in the HR Shared Service Center and reports directly to the Talent and Training Manager.Responsibilities:Provide support for the company’s recruiting and onboarding systemsLead recruiting and onboarding system implementation projectsWork cross-functionally to resolve issues and lead process redesignsDefine and administer configuration specifications and business analysis requirementsDesign, document and maintain system processes - Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projectsFunction as a subject matter expert and process owner for new process and system implementations – participate in regular project stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progressIs a subject matter expert in systems and processes – troubleshoot system issues and escalate to HRIS or vendors as necessaryAssist with continuous process improvement activities - improves systems by studying current practices and designing modificationsManages and delivers reports and analysis to various parts of the business to help determine recruiting strategy, spend, and where to focus recruiting needsAudits and monitors onboarding and compliance reports to ensure compliance across the organizationLiaise with vendors to roll out new initiatives or resolve issuesRequirements:Experience: 5 years in the recruiting and onboarding space, preferably in centralized shared services functionsSkills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, project management, presentation, process documentation, data analysis, interpersonal savvy, written and verbal communication, Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred
