Recruiter - Healthcare and Medical StaffingJob Summary: The Recruiter plays a critical role in the growth of our company and must demonstrate being a talented, aggressive, and creative recruiting professional.Contributing to a team work environment is a must, while being held accountable for individual recruitment and sales growth targets. Maintaining accurate documentation of recruiting activities is essential. Daily, weekly and monthly communication regarding performance objectives with management includes but is not limited to: number of new prospective candidates, networking events, number of candidate send outs while completing any necessary weekly paperwork.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop an effective recruiting strategy by identifying qualified candidates for external positionsRecruit and interview applicants, placing candidates on local temporary assignmentsDevelop professional relationships with candidatesEvaluate the skills and background of potential candidates and determine if they meet specific client requirementsEnsure the availability of qualified flexible\/full time employees to meet current and anticipated needsIntroduce candidate to onboarding processUnderstand what compliance tests are neededTrain and educate temporary employees on MSG Staffing policies and proceduresIdentify applicants suitable for skills enhancementEffectively set pay rates, account margin thresholds and contract negotiationGaining an understanding of the competitive landscape and how to sell to the strengths of our value propositionResponsible for knowing laws\/regulations for interviewing, workers' compensation and unemployment and adhering to state and federal laws.Responsible for making daily calls to prospect candidate and current employee as a suggested minimum of 50-75 calls per day.Meets or exceed personal metrics for billable hours, gross margin and profit contribution objectives per monthActively Participate in Social Media: Twitter, LinkedIn. Face book, etc.Ensure quality customer service for candidates on assignmentCommunicate effectively with prospects, clients and internal staff while maintaining a high quality of service and professionalismWork with all members of the Team to maintain clear and consistent communicationsAdditional Responsibilities:Be available to meet the candidate’s needs even after office hours (as needed)Will be required to replace staff and cancel shifts\/contracts when neededSkills Required:Strong problem-solving skillsOrganizational skillsExcellent and professional communication skillsDetail orientedAssertive manner, with strong commitment and follow-throughStrong knowledge of internal systems and processesMicrosoft Office knowledge, including Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to work in a very fast paced environment, managing high volumes of calls\/emails
