Johnson and Quentin Mease — achieved Pathway to Excellence™ designation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.Job ProfileJOB SUMMARY: Provides advanced level consultation, guidance and direction of compensation to human resources professionals, institutional leadership and customers. Assists in the design, development and/or implementation of compensation programs, policies and practices. Ensures all compensation programs are compliant with federal and state applicable laws and meeting organizational business objectives, and provides support for key components/activities of the compensation program, development and administration.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Management, or a related field, required. CCP preferred.Work Experience (Years and Area): 5 years of Human Resources experience in compensation.Management Experience (Years and Area): 1 year project management experience preferred.Equipment Operated: Standard office equipmentSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact); Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking); Writing /Composing: Correspondence/ReportsOther Skills: Analytical; Design; Mathematics; Research; Statistical; P.C.; MS Word; MS ExcelWork Schedule: FlexibleOther Requirements: Advanced analytical, communication/customer service, compensation, facilitation skills and conceptual reasoning abilities. Advanced MS Office (particularly with Excel, Outlook, Project and Word), Visio and PeopleSoft skills required.
