Job SummaryWe’re looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Benefits & Compensation Analyst. Our Benefits & Compensation analyst will be our benefits expert providing outstanding service to our internal customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong benefits knowledge looking to expand into compensation.  Essential Responsibilities and DutiesAdminister all benefit plans and reconcile invoicesPartner with benefit brokers on benefit planning to provide the best benefit plans for our employeesLead all benefit and wellness events including open enrollment, biometric screenings, benefit health fair, and wellness eventsStay on top of industry best practices and trends in benefits and compensation; tracking legislation and understanding impactAnswer employee questions on compensation and benefit matters. Provide outstanding customer service to employeesAnalyze current compensation plans to ensure market competitiveness; design and recommend changesLead Radford market and salary surveysCoordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to the HR team and employeesQualificationsBachelor’s  degree requiredMinimum of 2 years of progressive experience in benefits and compensationStrong experience with benefits; some background or interest in compensationAbility to gain alignment and represent a common point of view across multiple stakeholders with diplomacy and influenceMarket survey data experience preferred, Radford a plusPositive, solutions-oriented with demonstrated track record for executing quickly and with high qualityExcellent attention to detail, confidentiality, collaboration, verbal communication, presentation, organization, decision-making and planning skillsHRIS experience is a must, Workday a plusKnowledge of general HR principles and practicesPublic company experience preferred
