About the role :
The Senior Compensation Analyst will be located in our office in Marlborough, MA. This role will have an active partnership with our Global Total Rewards team and will be the primary resource for the administration of company-
wide equity programs and executive compensation plans. Additionally will assist with the planning, researching, developing and implementation of broad-
based compensation policies and programs to support the attainment of business objectives.
Your responsibilities include :
Administering the company’s equity programs for all employees in the U.S. and globally.
Working closely with the company’s transfer agent, outside broker service providers, and internal Legal, Payroll, People, Tax and other teams, as necessary.
Leading efforts to automate routine work streams and manual processes to enable efficient, accurate and timely processing of equity award data.
Assisting with preparation of stock-related sections of 10Qs, 10Ks and Proxy Statements and materials for Compensation Committee meetings.
Maintaining company’s equity data using E*TRADE’s Equity Edge Online (EEO) platform.
Researching domestic and international tax related issues concerning equity awards.
Leading or assisting in equity plan integration for newly acquired companies.
Partnering with HR Service Delivery Team in administering the company equity programs.
Providing analytical support for executive compensation programs and prepares materials for review / approval of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors.
Conducting technical research and analysis, plan interpretation, systems and process development and assists with preparation of communication for company equity plans.
Designing new and next generation tools for HR professionals, managers and employees.
Representing compensation and / or serve as project manager on specified initiatives.
What we're looking for : Basic Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
5-7 years' equity compensation or executive compensation analyst experience, with 1-2 years broad-based compensation a plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and HRIS systems. Working knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Access.
Preferred Qualifications :
CCP and / or NASPP certification
Experience with E-Trade Equity Edge Online
Knowledge of Equilar a plus
Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or High Tech industry experience
Solid understanding of the legal and regulatory environments in the US. Knowledge of other countries regulations a plus.
Experience with market data software and SuccessFactors
Knowledge of domestic and international tax requirements as it pertains to equity compensation a plus.
Executive, equity compensation, incentive comp design, and / or sales comp experience a plus.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a cross-functional, team-based environment to achieve results.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
