We are currently searching for a Director of Talent Development to add to our health system. The Director, Talent Development has system responsibility for assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating talent development strategies and programs that promote a culture of continuous learning, talent development, and knowledge management. This role is part of the Talent COE responsible for attaining excellence in the design and production of training materials, the dissemination of them through our learning management system, and the build out of leadership and career development programs. This individual will have overall responsibility for the development and deployment of learning programs and activities utilizing state-of-the-art blended learning approaches, leveraging technology and learning systems as appropriate.
Provide overall direction and guidance for leadership conferences and training for the St. Lukeâ€™s system.
Work in collaboration with system leaders to deploy effective performance, feedback, coaching and development tools.
Work collaboratively to assure delivery of comprehensive services and effectiveness of programs to all sites.
Conduct learning needs assessments, developing recommendations, solutions, programs and curriculum that will increase the capability of employees and the organization to perform effectively and efficiently.
Assess trends and anticipate future use of vendors and training programs by proposing best in class practices.
Evaluate current and future learning and leadership programs for implementation
Develop a learning strategy based on a deep understanding of current practices, current capabilities and future needs.
Consult and partner closely with senior leaders to prioritize, design, develop, and lead the implementation of strategic talent development curriculum and plans.
Partner with department staff, subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to define end-user requirements for technical, professional and soft skill development programs.
Create Knowledge Base for storage of training materials and documentation which may include business processes and procedures. Ensure proper accessibility and quality of all training materials.

Bachelorâ€™s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development or other related field required.
