Your role as a Leave Case Management & Benefits Sr. Analyst:
This position supports the administration of employee leaves and benefits and the interactive accommodation process and addresses employees` inquiriesassociated with same.
Through on-going assignments develop a subject matter expertise to ensure complete and compliant STD/FMLA/LOA administration includingcommunications with Health & Wellness, Payroll to ensure proper and timely payment processing, impacted employees and respective supervisorsand HR Business Partners.
Identify opportunities with the leaves processes and suggest solutions to management.
Assist in educating employees and HR on the leave of absence, return to work and accommodation process.
Participate in providing guidance, resolving issues and escalating as appropriate for employees, managers and HR while maintaining employee`sconfidential information with support from senior staff as needed.
Complete monthly LTD reconciliation.
Produce ad hoc reports as needed.
Provide exemplary customer service and assistance to associates, executives and HR Business partners.
Assist with Benefits-related duties as assigned such as Health Fair, Open Enrollment, etc.','!*!What we are looking for:
Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in Human Resources. Experience in leave management, workers` compensation andaccommodation administration preferred.
Working knowledge of federal and/or state regulations regarding employee benefits and leaves eligibility, including FMLA, HIPAA, ADA and pertinent
Workers` Compensation statutes preferred. Maintain discretion and confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
Effective problem solving, process improvement and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, tact, discretion, and diplomacywith stakeholders and hiring managers across the organization.
Highly organized with strong follow up skills and attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Strong sense of urgency and excellent prioritization skills; ability to execute quickly and efficiently.
Knowledge of and prior experience with Human Resource policies and practices and administrative procedures.
Resourceful and able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio).
