The Change Management Analyst will support the change management for an HR transformation project by conducting as-is/to-be business process analyses, organizational design, stakeholder engagement activities, and developing/delivering training. Specific activities include: • Support work with client to analyze as-is and to-be processes • Identify communication needs and impacted stakeholders • Identify organizational impacts and design reorganization (as needed) • Conducting change impact assessments • Develop online and classroom training materials, including process demonstrations and day in the life content using to-be business process documentation • Leverage NextGen Communications to develop and deliver communications and training • Deliver instructor-led training • Support Change Network activities to assist with buy-in and communication of upcoming changes • Create communication briefings for leadership and develop supporting documentation (e.g., talking points, 1-pagers, Vision decks) to assist with consistent communications ','!*!

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience 

1 year of Change Management experience 

1 year of Project Management experience 

1 year experience delivering Change Management deliverables 

1 year Consulting experience 

1 year experience with MS Word and MS PowerPoint applications 

1 year experience with either Adobe Suite, Camtasia, PowToon or video slope Preferred skills and qualifications:

Experience with NexGen Communication tools An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
