Udemy is seeking a Senior Global Total Rewards Analyst to join our growing Human Resources team. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, you will support the design and implementation of innovative compensation and benefit programs, critical to attracting and retaining talent at Udemy.

We are a small but mighty team with many great things in place, but the possibilities for evolution and enhancement are tremendous.
Participate in the compensation benchmarking and market-pricing process, including preparing survey submissions and analyzing survey results
Build and maintain market-based salary structures for our U.S. and international employee populations
Support the evolution and maintenance of Udemy’s job architecture
Assist with the semi-annual compensation review process, consulting with managers to help guide appropriate pay decisions for employees
Consult with the talent team and hiring managers on new hire offers as appropriate
Analyze the effectiveness of Udemy’s pay and rewards programs and processes, and make suggestions for improvements and enhancements
Manage the day-to-day administration of Udemy’s U.S. health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans
Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding benefits, and develop resources to help employees self-service common questions or issues
Manage and administer employee leaves of absence leveraging our Leave of Absence tool
Assist with annual benefits renewals in both our U.S. and international locations, and support the selection and implementation of benefits programs in new countries as the company expands into new markets
Support and develop a benefits communication strategy, including new hire orientation materials, ongoing employee communications, and annual enrollment communications
Manage the U.S. Open Enrollment process
Support the evolution of Udemy’s health and wellness programs, including the development and implementation of a global wellness program
A Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in Compensation and/or Benefits, with a solid foundation in at least one of the two areas
An unparalleled level of attention to detail, and a keen eye to find and fix mistakes
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
You enjoy working on multiple projects and wearing many hats
You are proficient with HRIS systems; experience with ADP Workforce Now and Workday preferred
Prior experience with compensation modeling a plus, and with manipulating data a must
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
You are a strong communicator, and have a customer service mindset
You are able to work independently, but know when to ask for guidance
You have some patience, and a good sense of humor
