Right now we're looking for a Recruiter to join a thriving organization. The recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, recruit, screen and recommend placement of staff for sales, service and customer support.
What would you do? -Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. -Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such career fairs, community network events, etc. -Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the recruiting process status. -Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, non-competition agreements etc.) -Coordinates associates Onboarding and Orientation on new associate's first day of employment. -Manages current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). -Responsible for finding qualified candidates and collecting new hire paperwork. -Coordinates interview, testing and orientation. Position Requirements: -Possesses exceptional time management, strong organizational and interpersonal skills -Have a general understanding of HR related issues on a state and federal level -Proficient in computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite) -Requires considerable skill in interviewing techniques and a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure -Knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practice -Strong verbal/written communication abilities and strong attention to detail -Strong follow up skills and the ability to multi-task -Strong sense of urgency, ability to execute quickly and efficiently -Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately sensitive information with tact and discretion If this seems of interest to you, send your resume to Jordyn Ex, Staffing Manager at [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]
