Responsible for managing the corporate recruitment function. Work with Executives and Hiring Managers to build effective candidate pipelines to fill corporate based positions.
Responsible for the hiring of outstanding team members and leaders in the corporate office and global sales and alongside the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development
Develop most effective use of technology platforms: LinkedIn, iCIMS, Facebook and other industry specific applications.
Own the iCIMS (ATS) automated candidate database for company. Train all new human resources members/users on iCIMS. Enhance current user skills on a quarterly basis.
Maintain weekly open position report and distribute to all appropriate executives

Provide recruiting related updates to companywide human resources teams on monthly trainings
Ensure employment process is executed, including pre-employment background checks, references and new hire paperwork
Drives compliance by supporting consistency in practice of policies and procedures
Assists in OFCCP companywide audit
Understand company policies and procedures in order to assist with questions from the hotels. Update Human Resources Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as directed by the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development and Vice President of Human Resources
2 years of previous human resources and/or recruiting experience is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Human Resources or Business Administration
Excellent communicator with strong written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact effectively and connect at all levels of the organization
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, iCIMS experience a plus
Experience in utilizing technology to obtain results sourcing candidates and marketing job opportunities through social media platforms
Strong attention to detail
Team player who is also able to work well independently
Analytical thinker with strong problem solving and organizational skills
Professional demeanor – extroverted and sales oriented
Ability to multitask and work as a productive team member
