ProMedica is recruiting for a Corporate Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic partnership to business and operations leaders, as well as consultation across core HR services, including workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, organizational excellence, employee relations, HR analytics, M&A activity, diversity and inclusion, and coaching and counseling. In this role you will be accountable for strategically partnering with the business to ensure the group\u2019s short term and strategic goals are achieved through the effective use of the organization\u2019s human capital. You will provide strategic advice\/consulting around key human capital issues leveraging tools, data, and analysis to support decision making to the business, in alignment with the overall people strategy. You will support the business in delivery of special projects along with monitor and report on key HR performance metrics, productivity standards, and SLAs to ensure that HR service targets are met, in consultation with the HRIS and HR analytics Leader. This is a great opportunity to partner with Business Partners and HR Leaders to ensure that programs and policies are in alignment with the overall people strategy and aligned with the business needs.\u00a0 Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in business Administration, HR administration or Related Field required; MBA or Masters in HR administration preferred.\u00a0 5-7 years of experience in business operations or HR management, with 3 years of experience serving in a strategic Business Partner (or related) role. Certification\/Licenses: Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification Preferred.\u00a0 Demonstrates healthcare and business acumen along with the ability to analyze, synthesize, and present information at the appropriate level for various stakeholder groups Possess experience leading a team of cross functional HR professionals Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and management skills Exhibits a strong focus on customer service and commitment to building relationships with key stakeholders Effectively delegates ownership of tactical\/administrative tasks while still managing results Commits to development of HR talent through coaching, mentoring and creating targeted experiences to accelerate growth Demonstrates expertise in one or more areas of core HR operations, and a strong understanding of all relevant HR policies and procedures Demonstrates strong understanding of HR analytics, and is able to use data to draw meaningful conclusions and drive human capital decision-making for the business\u00a0 Understand current and merging regulatory requirements as it relates to HR programs and policies Understanding of core HRIS systems (both 3rd party managed and homegrown), as well as integration of systems and reporting capability Experience with health plan and\/or insurance administration Demonstrates knowledge of health system operations and business unit operating structures, including operational nuances associates with health plans that are owned by a health system Understands the objectives and operating requirements of health insurance providers, such as provider engagement, network management, member engagement, quality measures (e.g. HEDIS), and regulatory requirements (e.g., CMS)\u00a0 Possesses understanding of unique human capital needs of a health insurance organization (e.g., expertise in provider experience, data analytics capabilities, digital strategy expertise, etc.) and is able to provide insight to the business on how best to manage human capital Understands how to navigate complex employee populations with different human capital needs (e.g., customer service center roles, physicians, nurses, sales & marketing, etc.) Demonstrates understanding of key HR and human capital trends, and is able to effectively make recommendations to business partner leader on how to align to leading practice Possesses understanding of industry trends, regulations and requirements, and uses this knowledge to provide insight on how talent programs can enable business objectives (e.g., implications of Affordable Care Act, CMS requirements and changing reimbursement models) Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, age, disability, military or veteran status, height, weight, familial or marital status, or genetics.
