ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Source and recruit candidates for direct hireDevelop and maintain a pipeline of key talent available for immediate and future hireWork with hiring managers to execute hiring planDevelop sourcing strategies that are successful in reaching potential candidates, both passive and activeEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboardingMaintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activitiesEvangelize Netsertive’s employment brandDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with internal team members, staffing vendors, professional organizations, and reputable independent contractors to help identify and source qualified talentDevelop and maintain university relations with key schools for intern/co-op programsDrive the organization to optimize use of industry events to attract applicantsManage legal compliance requirements within the talent acquisition processEvaluate, select, and manage applicant tracking systems and/or related processesStay abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniquesWORKING CONDITIONS: Fun, fast paced start up environment, must be present during standard working hours at RTP office. Minimal travel may be required. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree in business, communications, human resources, or related area. Experience: Demonstrated experience in meeting aggressive staffing plans in a start-up environment5 years recruiting experience (either corporate or agency)Successful track record of using multiple sourcing strategies: internet and social media, cold calling, networking, professional associations, job fairs, referrals, outplacement, and other media outletsExperience working with applicant tracking systemsExperience recruiting across a wide variety of departments and varying levels of positionsKnowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of sales and general recruiting techniquesConsiderable knowledge of hiring laws and practicesSPHR or PHR certification preferredSkills: Ability to rapidly identify, influence, and place qualified candidatesFocused on results and works with a sense of deliberate urgencyUnquestioned integrity & commitment to team objectivesProficient use of behavioral interview techniquesExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work with unstructured problems in an environment with incomplete data/informationAbility to work with highly confidential informationHighly skilled with MS Office Suite
