The Human Resource Coordinator, will provide assistance for a variety of activities and function for the hotel within the Human Resources team.

What will I be doing?

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you would be responsible for providing office support in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Listen and respond to inquiries made by individuals calling or walking into the Human Resources office.Assisting employees, managers or candidates.

Answer questions, provide forms or directions.Refer all complex situations promptly toDirector of Human Resources

Provide administrative assistance such as filing paperwork, copy and distribute disciplinary action noticed, breakdown, sort and deliver PAF’s making new hire and termination file, copy and send exempt review to employee files/managers and department heads.Maintain department and personnel files. Creates and distributes memos, flyers and newsletters, as assigned.

Assist in planning and execution of various HR programs and initiatives.Coordinate meetings, create materials and presentations, research key topics, and provide ongoing support and follow up in project timelines.

Coordinate training initiatives in conjuntion with departments, Director of Human Resources and any trainers by coordinating sessions, creating communications, and tracking partcipation and feedback.

Maintains employee and applicant bulletin boards.

Additional task may be assigned as needs fluctuate.
