You will serve as a a Military Equal Opportunity (MEO) Program Manager in the Office of the Chief of Staff, Equal Employment Opportunity Office of DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY.

You will be responsible in providing oversight in the development of concepts, policies, and programs for the execution of the DHA MEO, which contributes to the combat readiness and efficient management of a diverse military and civilian workforce.

You will manage all aspects of DHA Equal Opportunity Strategic Planning and Resource Management.

You will conduct comprehensive reviews of equal opportunity and EEO programs to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with Federal laws, DoD Directives, DHA policies, and to ensure that programs fit in with organizational goals.

You will provide oversight in the development of, concepts, policies, and programs for the execution of the DHA MEO.

You will develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate the programs to effectively deal with the prevention/elimination of individual and systemic discrimination affecting assigned military.

You will manage all aspects of the MEO Program, including Special Emphasis, Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), Prevention of Sexual Assault (POSA), complaints, and Sexual Assault Prevention Response (SAPR) Programs.

You will provide expert management advisory services to DHA assigned activities, in relation to equal opportunity, discrimination, harassment, dispute resolution, and climate assessment systems.

You will lead various internal and external working groups to develop rigorous strategies to improve equal opportunity and human relations across DHA.

You will serve as conduit between all management levels to develop strategies that address specific Federal Government-wide initiatives
