The People Team Leader serves as a strategic business partner to our retail business, Galleries and Outlets. It is essential that this role build a foundation of personal trust through first-class service and provides a point of view with the business using effective interpersonal skills. This role drives business results through ownership and execution of the talent strategy, delivery of HR and workforce related programs and projects, with laser focus on the goal of enhancing talent and business performance. RESPONSIBILITIES Live Our Values: People, Quality, Service and Innovation Understand RH\u2019s strategy, business and growth initiatives Create, drive and execute strategic workforce planning in partnership with leadership to achieve long term vision Lead, develop\/refine and implement people strategies that will support the growth of the business through talent management, performance management and leadership development. Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationship with business leadership Provide expertise in the following areas: employee relations, performance management, compensation and rewards, learning and development, recognition programs and data analysis Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to leaders in the organization Assist with the communication, rollout and change management of people programs and initiatives Provide timely information and\/or education to all levels of the organization on HR related topics Analyze trends and utilize data, metrics and analytics to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to the organization Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex.\u00a0 Design and quickly implement solutions across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field 5 years professional work experience in Human Resources, ideally in a fast paced retail or hospitality organization Ability to thrive and prioritize in a fast paced, high-growth, changing environment Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with expertise in employee relations Proven ability to use data and analytics to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills design and implement appropriate solutions Demonstrated ability to partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills Demonstrated ability to practice a high level of confidentiality Excellent organization and detail skills, able to work well under stress and meet deadlines and ability to work independently and professionally and follow through on work assignments Extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance and practices and experience in leading, developing and executing HR projects and programs Curiosity and follow-through are critical to your success Exhibit a high degree of initiative and critical thinking skills in order to lead multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented work environment Attention to detail to ensure quality in every interaction and deliverable Ability to work effectively with all levels of leadership and exercise discretion We believe that service starts inside the organization and embrace a concept called \u201cPeople First.\u201d At RH, you will receive generous benefits, an incredible product discount and plenty of opportunity for career advancement.
