The Service Center has received certifications from FAA, EASA, Canada, Brazil, Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Mexico and South Africa.The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for working in a team environment to provide support in assisting with special projects and processes. This role is based in Dallas, Texas and reports to the Human Resources Director for our Service Center Network in the US and International. Projects provide exposure to current issues facing our HR Department and/or operating business groups.In your role, you will:\u2022 Work with the HR Director to provide leadership on strategic HR projects related to workforce planning and training\u2022 Provide HR project leadership on site expansions in the United States and Internationally\u2022 Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit for senior roles across the United States and Internationally\u2022 Support HR processes as it relates to Performance Management, Talent and Succession Management, Compensation Management, Talent Acquisition, Annual Employee Survey\u2022 Provide support to site HRBP\u2019s for daily activities and projects\u2022 Develop HR governance process including HR metrics*Qualifications*As our ideal candidate,\u2022 You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development or a related discipline.
