We are currently looking for a Recruiter (Contract role) to support our Reservations Contact Center in Springfield, MO. The Recruiter will effectively drive and manage the full life cycle recruiting process to attract top talent in a timely and cost effective manner. You will strategically source, identify, screen and refer quality applicants to our hiring managers while supporting our Count on Me culture. This position will solely be responsible for filling New Hire classes for Inbound Call Center Representative positions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and conduct recruiting strategy meetings to understand candidate profilePerform Full Cycle recruiting for Non Exempt (Hourly) job openings for Inbound Customer Service Representative positionsResponsible for creating requisition in ATS (Taleo), setting approval path, reviewing resumes, prescreening/interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews and partnering with hiring manager through the selection and offer process.Proactively source and identify talent using traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as Indeed, career fairs, local college and community network events, etc.Administer appropriate per employment assessments and video/audio interviewingManage internal transfer process including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, transfer form, offer letter, etc.Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients and human resources colleaguesCommunicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, etc.)Manage per employment process to ensure a smooth transition from offer to background check cleared status.','!*!Job experience2 years Non-Exempt Recruiting experience preferably in a high volume call centerDemonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and providing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of professionals including collections, customer service, marketing, human resources, communications, technology, finance, and other business service groupsExperience recruiting in the Springfield, MO areaTechnical SkillsIntermediate to Advanced PC skills in MS World, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookSkills in MS SharePoint preferredProficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo preferred) & internet recruitingKnowledge and skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to be creative in thought to try nonconventional recruitment techniquesCompetitive spiritDemonstrated strong proactive recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and networking skillsDetail oriented with strong organization skillsDemonstrated flexibility, adaptability and ability to handle pressureEffective relationship building skills.  Able to work with others and communicate effectively to all levels including executiveMust be professional and possess a high level of confidentialityExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills','Recruitment','United States of America-MIssouri-Springfield','','Contractual','Full-time','Wyndham Vacation Clubs','Jan 4, 2019','Call Center Recruiter (Contract)
