Responsibilities Partner closely with the recruiting team to schedule and coordinate the candidates through every step of the interview processServe as point-of-contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules, changes, and triageSchedule candidate interviews (phone, virtual, onsite) by coordinating with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewersCoordinate the processing of payroll and accuracy of employee dataKeep records of benefits plan participation such as health insurance, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations and employee statistics for government reportingCoordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety and sexual harassmentAdminister benefits such as health, dental and disability insurances, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence and employee assistanceMaintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations while adhering to corporate policies, procedures and practices pertaining to employment mattersQualificationsBachelor’s degreeTwo or more years of progressive experience in HR administration or a related fieldMust be customer focused and have a general understanding of human resource policies, procedures and relevant regulationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent computer skills including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and use of internet search enginesWorking knowledge of applicant tracking systemsExcellent organizational skills with strong multitasking abilityDetailed-oriented and strong follow-up skills
