This position reports directly to our Manager\/Director, Recruiting and partners closely with a Regional Human Resources Director on prioritized business recruiting needs. Drives the recruiting process for prioritized positions for assigned line(s) of business Develops unique sourcing strategies to attract the most qualified candidates Posts open positions, review applications, and updates candidate and job statuses on a daily basis Determines the most qualified candidates by being an expert at each position and knowing what skills are required, as well as considering our unique company culture Assesses field staffing needs and develops strategies to better source qualified candidates\u00a0 Networks with outside contacts to assist in attracting qualified applicants Serves as a subject matter expert for other recruitment needs in assigned line(s) of business Analyzes data to ensure the optimal levels of qualified candidates are being sourced Specific Requirements Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
