MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Successful work history to include a minimum of 5 years full cycle recruiting experience with Healthcare and IT positions in a fast paced, service oriented environment as well as familiarity with employment regulations impacting hiring practices.Solid background in sourcing activities, including database mining, internet job boards, employee referrals, third party staffing partnerships and networking.Ability to think creatively when sourcing candidates to develop pipelines for hard-to-fill positions due to a limited candidate pool, and apply organizational and problem-solving skills accordingly.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.Well organized, dependable and team oriented with the ability to prioritize, follow-up and follow through, and work effectively with others.Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruit top talent through multiple recruitment solutions, including direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, Internet sourcing, job fairs, targeted advertising, and college & university programs.Partner with hiring managers to develop professional position specifications, evaluate candidate potential and follow through by acquiring the best candidates.Conduct reference checks for candidates and manage onboarding process for new hires.Write and place recruiting advertising in various media sources.Maintain internal job posting records and implement external recruitment tracking and processing procedures.The ability to utilize sound judgment, discretion and maintain confidentiality is mandatory.
